Start at the Shimadzu shop for spare parts and consumables. For a full system, call a representative and ask for a written lead-time commitment.

So glad we paid for the rush on that HPLC. We almost went with the cheaper broker listing, and I still remember the feeling of watching the crate arrive without the vacuum pump. The official route wasn't the cheapest. But it was the route with a schedule we could plan around. In an emergency, that is what you're really buying: certainty.
